"Outstanding Support from the Team"
I had the pleasure of dealing with Chantal Eckert. She was super helpful and always ready to tackle any questions I had. The customer service at Fineawards.com has been top-notch (I previously interacted with Samantha Stocker, who was also a joy to work with). The awards consistently impress and our crew eagerly anticipates the yearly award ceremonies to find out who gets recognized. I gotta give a shoutout to Amber, who really stepped up in assisting us with placing our orders and getting them shipped. But what really stood out was when we discovered we had overlooked an award for one of our team members; she put in the effort to ensure we received it just in time for the ceremony. I had to get awards for a couple of our staff that would go along with the ones I got last year for other team members. I was on the hunt for a custom award for our company's 20th celebration. I’m really pleased I found FineAwards. From the moment I reached out to Seth until everything was wrapped up, the folks at FineAwards were fantastic. Everyone loved the product, and we got loads of compliments on our new awards. The design team was super patient while I made a bunch of changes. Everything arrived right on schedule. The packaging was outstanding, and nothing was damaged. This company definitely deserves a 5-star rating!
